Introducing the CHG Applicator:

The CHG applicator mainly consists of a cotton swab head and a cotton swab stick. A CHG applicator is an instrument for applying medicines and antiseptics when disinfecting skin and wounds. CHG applicators do not contain drugs or disinfectants.

Advantages of CHG Applicator:

①Compared with traditional disinfection methods, the CHG applicator has a faster application speed, can resist more bacteria, has a longer sterilization effect, greatly reduces the microbes on the skin, and effectively reduces the infection rate caused by bleeding.

② CHG applicator contains CHG and IPA ingredients. CHG disrupts the bacterial cell membrane and allows it to separate into sedimentable substances, thus sustaining its antibacterial effect. IPA can rapidly destroy and denature proteins in microbial cells. Some microbes provide significant protection against bacteria for at least 48 hours.

Description of CHG Applicator:

1. Pull off the ring collar lock from the CHG Applicator handle without touching the CHG Applicator foam pad

2. Press the CHG Applicator to activate and release the foam pad's antiseptic

3. Wet the treated area with CHG Applicator disinfectant, using a gentle back and forth strokes

CHG Applicator Contraindications and Precautions:

①CHG Applicator is a one-time medical product, only for one-time use;

②CHG Applicator product inner packaging is damaged and cannot be used directly;

③ After opening the CHG Applicator, please use it up as soon as possible to avoid contamination. Destroy it immediately after use or throw it into a professional disposal box;

④ Use CHG Applicator with caution in 2-month-old or premature infants. Because CHG Applicator can cause irritation or burns to the skin of infants and young children.

⑤CHG Applicator cannot be used for lumbar puncture or meningeal surgery

⑥ CHG Applicator cannot be used for open wounds or routine skin cleansing

⑦ Patients who are allergic to CHG or IPA cannot use CHG Applicator

⑧ CHG Applicator cannot be used for eyes, ears, or tooth decay
